Why do I create this app?
I wanted to create a simple and rewarding meditation tool. “How to meditate” is a trending keyword on Google from time to time. When trying to do something seriously, most people tend to research a lot before taking action. This over-research has become an obstacle to actually doing it.
I believe the best way to learn a skill is to practice it, and meditation is no different. Meditation Everyday is designed to help anyone practice and discover various meditation principles.
The Experience
A very straightforward user experience to encourage meditation right away. Every time you visit the page, you will see a different meditation exercise. You can practice the meditation with guided instructions with a single tap. There is plenty of time between each instruction, so you can observe how your body and mind react.

Starting to build a habit can be very challenging because we are living in an era where everything is fighting for our attention. That’s why each of the introductory meditations is designed to be short, yet long enough to let you feel the power of meditation.
The Rewards to Keep You Going
The power of meditation is instant after a single practice, but the benefits are even greater in the long term. I want to further help people build the meditation habit via visualization and collectibles.
Every meditation we practice is unique, and I want to help you journal your progress of building the meditation habit in a rewarding way. You may realize the background changes subtly as the meditation begins. By the time you finish the meditation, you will have a unique image with the meditation info that can be used for journaling. I hope this unique image can be a visual reminder to encourage you to meditate from time to time.
